Instantly see the schedule of vehicles arriving at your store and plan unloading and tote reversal more effectively.
How to use
- Upload the Tour-plan CSV β the file downloaded from FMC. Not sure how? Follow the SOP to download it.
- Enter MFC code(s) β one or many, comma-separated (e.g.
TMA6, TMB3, TMB4).
- Choose the date range β the From and To dates you want to see arrivals for.
Then click Show results.
Understanding the output
You get one table per MFC, one row per Tour ID, sorted by arrival date, then arrival time. Each row shows:
- Hub β the origin / return hub for that tour
- Vehicle Type β Milk Run (serves multiple MFCs) or Dedicated (serves only your MFC)
- Arrival side (FL VRID Β· Date Β· Time) β the vehicle coming into your store; plan unloading around this
- Departure side (RL VRID Β· Date Β· Time) β the vehicle leaving your store; plan tote reversal around this
A line separates each date. Use Copy this table / Copy ALL tables to paste into Excel. Everything runs locally in your browser β your file never leaves your device.
