๐Ÿ“„ How to download the Tour-plan CSV

Standard Operating Procedure for exporting the tour plan from FMC, ready to upload into FleetSight.

  1. Go to the FMC portal (https://trans-logistics-eu.amazon.com/fmc/execution/4f1u9m) and click on Advanced Search.

  2. In "Lane", enter your MFC code (e.g. TMF2).

  3. Scroll down and in "Schedule", make sure:
    • Search by โ†’ Planned Dock
    • Timezone โ†’ Asia/Kolkata
    • Fill From and To date according to the data you want to filter

  4. Click "Search".

  5. Download the .csv file.

  6. Upload the downloaded .csv file into the tool (FleetSight) and enter the other details.
